Office Space with Office Support Available
Uptown/Galleria Area
Office space is available for sub-lease with office support available as part of the package. Office suite is shared with two psychologists in peaceful building in Uptown/Galleria area. We are open for a psychologist, psychiatrist, other mental health professional, or other similar service-oriented professional.
Space will be available mid-August. It is medium-sized, unfurnished, window office (just under 12'x12'). Space for a full-sized file cabinet is also included in our file room.
We have an excellent, personable, well-trained office manager, who coordinates appointments, handles billing, and manages other administrative tasks. We also have in place therapist billing software, psychological testing software, and psychological test instruments for basic personality, intellectual, neuropsychological, and criminal forensic testing. Practice is primarily self-pay therapy and forensic consultation. The office is set up with a phone/voice mail system with built-in out-calling/paging ability, credit card machine, copy machine, fax and industrial shredder.
Office includes attractive common areas and waiting room with excellent magazine selections and a well-stocked kitchen with gourmet coffee, a plethora of herbal tea and soft drink selections as well as "all of the chocolate you can eat." The office building is on a serene, tree-lined street, yet conveniently located less than 5 minutes from the Galleria.
